AirRap Air Pruning Pots 8L

No ordinary pots for healthier root growth and fantastic yields!

Especially useful for growing longer term plants such as citrus trees, roses and giant veg.

These AirRap pots have two great features…

1: They are made up of a series of cones with holes at the end.

Roots grow towards these holes where the air prunes the roots, which prompts the production of side roots which take in more moisture and nutrients. This stronger, healthier root system means stronger, healthier plants!

In a standard plastic pot roots reach the side of the pot and grow longer and longer circling round to find more room, stifling the plant’s ability to take-up nutrients and water.

AirRap Pots are a hit among Giant Veg growers and are used by nurseries to raise the plants you buy in garden centres.

2: The base has built-in wicking

This means that you can stand the pot in a saucer of water and the wicking base will pull the water up into the soil far more efficiently than a standard pot – providing your plant with holiday-watering.
